About Us

Pasquale Martinelli's passion for home style cuisine began with his family’s farming land rich in ingredients used to prepare the region’s flavorful dishes. His love of celebrating food led to studying at Scuola Alberghiera Castellana Grotte in Bari, Puglia.

 
 

Pasquale Martinelli

Pasquale Martinelli hails from Mola Di Bari, in the Apulian region of Southern Italy .  His passion for home style cuisine began with his family’s farming land rich in ingredients used to prepare the region’s flavorful dishes. His love of celebrating food led to studying at Scuola Alberghiera Castellana Grotte in Bari, Puglia. After many varied positions in fine restaurants and hotels in both Italy and England, Pasquale relocated to New York City in 2000 to broaden his culinary skills, deepen his expertise within Southern Italian hospitality, and share his steadfast belief in the benefits of a Mediterranean diet.

Throughout his career, Chef Pasquale has been featured in several television, radio and print mediums including The Martha Stewart Show and Manhattan Magazine.

WarmPalate has afforded Chef Pasquale Martinelli the opportunity of hosting private dinners and special events for businesses and varied individuals including clients such as former Mayor of New York City Michael Bloomberg, New York State Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Geraldo Rivera and others.
